Pricing from 2 December 2025
We understand owners may prefer to bring their own food for their pet and we have pricing that accommodates this.
Please note that when we have been asked to provide food, we will provide food intended for dogs, not humans even if it is safe for them to eat it.
Bring your own food:
£40 a day for 1 room with one dog
£20 a day supplement for every other dog sharing the same room.
If we provide food:
£43 a day for 1 room with one dog
£21.50 a day supplement for every other dog sharing the same room.
Food we provide will be Bakers adult dry food.
Accommodation costs are chargeable per day including part days, and not per night.

Veterinary fees
Whilst every effort is made to safeguard your pet, they may injure themselves or become ill during their stay. If veterinary treatment is required, it is a condition of service that you reimburse us those fees. A copy of the veterinary fees will be shown to you to evidence the costs.
Damage to our property
We understand dogs can be a little destructive at times, and we expect some damage to the accommodation. We don't charge for minor damage, but if there is more significant damage then we only charge up to £100.
Examples of significant damage includes:
- tearing up part of the flooring
- damage to 50% or more of a bed/cot
- damage to 50% of a mattress or other bedding
- damage to doors that means they can no longer close or lock.
Any damage will be evidenced by our cctv system.
